Welcome everyone to Made to Move! 👋 I am so excited for all of us to dive into the benefits of regular movement, what it does for our bodies AND mind, the role proper nutrition plays, and how to take care of ourselves! 😊


C(LEAN) Club is going to be jam packed with info and fun and both a fitness and mindset optional mini challenge and so much good stuff!

Tomorrow we kick things off with our Building Up the Body week but today let’s get to know each other!


I’ll start!


I met Brandon Glass a little over a year ago and started with the 12 Week Coaching Program because I wanted to be in better shape, but really I wanted to be a happier and healthier person. The work he and I did together changed my life! I wanted to help others have that stable foundation underneath them and FEEL confident, in control and live their best life!!


So I jumped on board with Contra Costa Fitness this past fall and helped Brandon create this very group to help make that possible for as many people as possible!!!
