Brandon: Clinical Experience Meets Heart

Coach Brandon brings a rare blend of clinical expertise and heart to every session. With a degree and years of experience in physical therapy, he specializes in functional strength and conditioning, helping members move better, feel stronger, and live with more ease. His approach is compassionate and holistic, combining science-backed movement with supportive habit, lifestyle, and nutrition coaching that fits real life. As a husband, father of two, and proud dog dad to our gym mascot, Captain Waffles the Fitbull, Brandon knows how to lead with empathy, meet people where they are, and make fitness feel accessible to everyone.
