A great way to make sure you are drinking enough water is to pick a water bottle that you LOVE!! Something you can sip from easily and like having close by….if that means it has a straw, perfect!!


Decorate your water bottle if it helps you love it even more!!


My favorite water bottle is a bit beat up so I asked my niece to pick out some stickers I can put on it and decorate it! The plan is to love my water bottle EVEN MORE because it reminds me of Evelyn and I love having it close by!!
