Let’s get right to it because we’ve got work to do! 😃 And we’re starting with the most important thing to work on. No, it’s not your exercise. And no, it’s not your nutrition. It’s your mindset. 🧠
Surprised? 😲 Well, think about it. How are you going to get back on track or even stay on track if your head is not in the right place? 🤔 Getting back into a healthy lifestyle requires some serious discipline and a lot of creating your own motivation. And we definitely can’t do that with the wrong mindset. So that’s why in this first week, we’re focusing on how to Monitor Your Mindset.
And we’re starting with removing the negative. Seriously, get rid of negativity. Nobody has time for bad vibes or negative Nancys. We’ve got things to DO and won’t be slowed down or distracted by negativity. 🙅♀️
We all have those people in our lives who look for the negative aspect of everything, see the glass half empty, and complain just to complain without any real initiative to improve anything. Yuck. 🤦♀️ Maybe you are or were one of those people. And maybe that’s a reason why you needed this community in your life. And if that’s the case, we are SO GLAD you’re here!! ❤️

If you still have those negative influences in your life...get rid of them! Remove yourself from the person or situation. Here’s some things to try:
🎧 For chronic complaining co-workers, put in earbuds
📱 For the social media accounts that only post negative stuff, unfollow or unfriend
📺 For the TV or radio that only shares bad news, turn it off (read it yourself when you are in the right mood for it and it’s dramatized by people and pictures)
🗣 When those aren’t an option, speak up for yourself!
