Redefine Your Morning Routine

“With the new day comes new strength and new thoughts.” – Eleanor Roosevelt

It’s the final day of our Mastering Your Mornings week! Hasn’t it been so good?

For the last day, I want you to get real honest with yourself about the routine you created yesterday. Ask yourself these questions:

Did I take on too much and does that mean I’ll start feeling overwhelmed on day three?

Did I make a routine just to make one instead of creating a routine I really want to try and follow?

Did I add things to my routine because I’m worried others will judge me if I don’t have something like “workout” as part of my routine?

Remember that this routine is YOURS. You’re creating it to improve YOUR life. Not the lives of your partner, your kids, your friends, YOU.

Use today as a day to refine what you wrote down. If you don’t actually want to meditate in the morning, then don’t say you’re going to do it. You are unique and special and your routine should be the same way!
