For our final Nature & Nurture Sunday, let’s set our intentions for the week based on some lessons we can learn from the nature around us!
Do we need to give ourselves a high five for all the work we do like how the tiny bee does so much for our whole ecosystem?
Do we need to take a cue from the animals that hibernated all winter long and rest because we’re tired?
What lessons from nature can you out into place this week? (And if you’re struggling – don't worry! That’s what this upcoming week is about!)
And your weekly challenge is to Pick and Play! Pick an activity to do outdoors like biking, basketball, taking the kids to the park, hula hooping, playing hopscotch! Pick something to do outside this week and just go play and have FUN!
