
March is the month to Make Your Own Momentum! We’re going to create consistency and the routines necessary to help us keep moving forward and continue making progress toward our goals! Here’s what you can look forward to all month long:
During Setting Routines for Success week, we’re going diving into how routines help us achieve success, what to do to bounce back when things go wrong, unpacking any resistance we’re feeling when it comes to setting up routines, and making sure our routines and goals are unique as we are!
Mastering Your Morning week is focused on creating a morning routine that allows us to get our day started on the right foot! We'll look at why we want a morning routine, what to include, how we want to feel in the mornings, and more!
Best Practices Before Bed week looks at evening routines! Things to include, things to cut out, the most important part of an evening routine is (any guesses?), and the importance and value of an evening routine!
Meal Planning and Prepping Moves Us Forward week is about just that! How to meal plan, what to do before you go grocery shopping, how to make meal prep more than just a chore, and what to do when you're feeling overwhelmed!
Our final week is Keeping the Momentum Moving week! We’ll talk how to keep the consistency going, how to change up a stale routine, getting back on track, and the mindset needed to do it all!
Each weekend has an Acknowledge Yourself Saturday where we celebrate our hard work and Sunday is our Moving into Monday time where we reflect on the week before and let it go so we can head into a new week with fresh eyes and a whole lot of joy!
