Let Go and Acknowledge Yourself

It’s our last Moving into Monday for the month!


Today is the day where we let it all go.


The feelings of stress and overwhelm.

The guilt over not getting enough sleep.

The frustration that we didn’t follow our meal plan exactly.

The anger, resentment, negativity about work or anything else going on in our lives.


Today we choose to see tomorrow as a brand new day. Today we choose to step into a new version of ourselves.


Today’s tip is to continue these Acknowledge Yourself Saturdays and Moving into Monday theme days every week.


Taking a moment, making it a part of your week, making it a habit is going to help you feel so good about yourself because you’re bringing in more of the good feelings. Don’t stop having these mindset moments simply because the month is ending.
