We’re at the end of our Exercising Self-Compassion week and my final encouragement for you is...
👉 If the conditions aren’t good for moving your body – don't do it!
👉 If it’s too hot outside, definitely don’t go for a long run. Same if it’s too cold.
👉 If you don’t feel well, don’t push yourself too hard and make time to rest. Our bodies do miraculous healing when we allow them to rest.
The workouts will always be there. But you only have one body so be sure to take care of yourself. You don’t have anything to prove to anyone so it’s okay to take a day off if things aren’t right!
