It’s time to kick off our Grounding through Personal Growth week! All week long we’ll be uncovering what personal development is, the different types, the benefits, and why it’s vital for our growth!
So what IS personal development? In a nutshell, it’s doing anything that helps you grow into a better version of yourself. For example, you choosing to read a book that will teach you and stretch you is a form of personal development because the knowledge will grow you as a person. This type of work allows us to bloom into a newer, stronger, smarter, kinder version of ourselves than we were yesterday.
There are so many tangible benefits of this work, too! Working on yourself, your mindset, your habits, your communication, your relationships, etc. all have positive impacts that positively impacts your community and the world like ripples on a pond. We’ll talk more about these benefits throughout the week!
