If you’ve been focusing on the scale, decide to focus on lifting heavier during your strength workouts instead.


If you’ve been focusing on lifting heavier, try decreasing your run time ⏱ or something else cardio-related.


If you’re burned out on strength AND cardio, make flexibility and mobility your focus!


Changing things up and working towards something new can make the same workout you’ve been doing seem different because you have a different goal in mind 🧠. And by simply changing the focus, you don’t have to overhaul your whole routine – you just get to look for something else to focus on during the same thing you’ve been doing!
