Today and tomorrow comprise our Time to Move Forward week before we transition to Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff starting June 1! 😅

I want you to know that everything you do, every step you take, every run you go on, every song you dance to, it all adds up! 📈 Your body loves movement so remember what we talked about earlier this month: don’t compare yourself, don’t talk down to yourself, just do what you can every day and know that you’re doing great! 🙌

If there was a day where all you did was walk around your home while doing chores, that’s enough! It’s better than nothing! Your body says thank you!
