It’s a new day and a new week and this is our Make Your Fitness Fret Free week! 🎉

No matter how much you enjoy working out and moving your body, getting in a rut happens to all of us. 🤷‍♀️ It can be annoying and sad because we WANT to move our bodies but it all feels kinda meh. So this week we’re going to focus on how to liven up your exercise routine and make it fret free!

One way to spice up your daily exercise? 🤨

Do something BRAND-NEW!

Instead of doing your normal circuit training at the gym, try the kickboxing class!

🧘‍♀️ Trade in your morning run for some yoga!

🥾 Go for a hike with your family!

When we try new things, not only do we gain new experiences and potentially fall in love 😍 with a new way to move our body, but we also challenge our muscles in new and different ways! It’s a win-win for everyone!
