Skincare for Everywhere!

We’ve talked a lot about taking care of your face when it comes to healthy summer skin, but we need to take care of ALL of our skin, right? 👍 To wrap up our Summer Skin That Shines week, here are some ways to take care of the skin on your feet, hands, and lips!


🦶Soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes to soften the skin so you can slough off dead skin using a pumice stone, and apply lotion (then thin socks) once you’re done to keep them feeling soft!


👋 For your hands, carry around lotion with your hand sanitizer. Many of us use hand sanitizer all day long which can really dry out our hands so be sure to moisturize them all throughout the day!


💋 Your lips can dry out super fast so make sure you drink plenty of water, try to not lick your lips – that can dry them out faster – and use lip products with an SPF 15 or higher.


This has been such a fun week learning how to glow on the outside all month long! On Monday we’ll start talking about food that will help us glow from the inside out! 😁
