💃 Invite your BFF to try a class at the new dance studio with you!


🥜 Pack up some snacks and go for a hike together!


👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 Invite someone and their family for a bike ride to the local lake!


We always thrive when we have someone who understands what we’re going though so if you do something together, you’re going through it together, and that will strengthen your connection with them!



Next time you’re in a workout rut, give someone a call and invite them to do something with you!
