Now that you’ve had some time to practice moving slowly with proper mechanics, we’re continuing to put movements together into a workout format, but now we’re focusing on slow, controlled eccentric (lowering) movement with quick concentric (raising) movement.
Today we’re going to do: · Lunge · Push Up · Birddog or Weight Shift
