Homework: Monday, Tuesday - 3 sets of 10 each
Now that you’ve had some time to practice moving slowly with proper mechanics, it’s time to piece things together.
Today we’re going to do:
· Lunge
· Push Up
· Birddog or Weight Shift
We’ll review cues as we go in the video, but return to the Week 1 videos for in-depth review of each exercise if needed.
We're still moving very slowly and will speed things up next week!
