Functional Fitness Challenge Video 8: Slow Down, Quick Up - Squat, Pull Hinge

Homework: Wednesday & Thursday - 3 sets of 10 each, slow going down, quick coming up


We’re continuing to put movements together into a workout format, focusing again on slow, controlled eccentric (lowering) movement with quick concentric (raising) movement.


Today we’re going to do: Squats · Bent Over Rows · Good Mornings


We’ll review cues as we go in the video, but return to the Week 1 videos for in-depth review of each exercise if needed.
