Glutecamp is a full-body circuit class at Contra Costa Fitness with a focus on your glutes, legs, and core — the powerhouse of your body. You’ll use weights, cable machines, booty bands, and bodyweight exercises to sculpt, strengthen, and tone while still getting a full-body workout. Perfect for anyone looking to improve lower-body strength, stability, and confidence.
