Burn calories and build muscle in our flagship class! This HIIT Circuit Class was designed by Coach Brandon to create well-rounded, full-body functional fitness.
This 45-minute class changes daily to give you a wide variety of movements and different combines bodyweight, dumbbell, kettle bell, other various strength equipment and cardio bursts for a well-rounded, full body workout.
