What to Expect
This 6 week Semi Private class meets twice a week, where you will learn to lift properly, safely and with the instruction & supervision of our Head Trainer, Coach Brandon Glass.

Cancellation Policy
Personal Training & Coaching: It is extremely difficult to fill or reschedule cancelled time slots. For this reason cancellations within less than 48 hours will not be refunded. We will do our best to reschedule, but cannot guarantee the ability to do so. Thank you for respecting our time. Class Drop-In: processing fees for refunds are extremely costly. For this reason we are happy to credit classes for classes cancelled prior to 48 hours of class start but, classes are non-refundable.
