Today is a gentle reminder to go at your own pace. If someone in the kickboxing class is moving faster, good for them, but you do you. If a participant on the TV is doing a gazillion unmodified push-ups you’re doing slow modified ones, good for you! 👏
If you spend your time comparing yourself to others, you're likely to lose your motivation and we don’t want that! 😔 We want to move our bodies with joy! 😃
Whatever you’re doing, whatever pace you’re doing it at, is good! Great even! Only you know what your body can handle so don’t overdo it and trust that you’re always getting better! 💗
