Today’s Change of Pace and Space idea is to get outside!
There’s so much more than the gym when it comes to working out and, right now for most of us, the weather is gorgeous and sunny ☀️ and perfect for outdoor activities that’ll get you moving your body AND having fun! Try some of these activities!
😃 Jump on a trampoline! Either use the big one your kids have and bounce with them, or get a smaller one and put it outside. You can bounce while enjoying the weather and listening to an audiobook 🎧 – all while getting your sweat on!
🏊♀️ Go to a local community center and swim in the pool! You don‘t have to do laps or anything structured, just get wet and have some fun!
⛳️ Try golf! It requires focus and concentration so you’ll work your mental muscles, too, and you get in a ton of steps by walking the course!
The gym has a time and place but there’s so many other ways to get in a good workout!
