Homework: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 3 sets of 10 each
Upping our game again! In this final week we’re going full-body for all three workouts and adding pulses.
Because we’re increasing the intensity and we’re covering all of the major muscle groups, we are only going to do this workout three times this week.
We’re going to do:
· Squat Pulse to (optional) Jump
· Push Up Pulse
· Good Morning Pulse
· Lunge Pulse to (optional) Jump
· Bent Over Row Pulse
· Birddog Pulse
We’ll review cues as we go in the video, but return to the Week 1 videos for in-depth review of each exercise if needed.
