What Is Lift Lab?
Lift Lab is a six-week, twelve-session weightlifting class.
Who Is Lift Lab For?
Lift Lab is for people who are or want to become familiar with traditional weightlifting techniques using free-weights, but don't want to go to Meathead Land to learn or practice.

Who Teaches Lift Lab?
Lift Lab is taught by our Lead Trainer and Founder, Coach Brandon Glass. Brandon brings his Physical Therapy expertise to create a program of safe, functional, strength-building using foundational movements: Squat, Lunge, Hip Hinge, Upper Body Push & Pull, & Trunk Rotation.
