Yoga With Danica
Danica's classes weave the contemporary anatomy of Pilates, the intuitive wisdom of Yoga, and a sense of lightheartedness and curiosity to increase functional strength, combat the postural detriments of modern living, ease pain, and cultivate gratitude for our bodies and have fun!
Danica is a Yoga and Pilates instructor, Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and UCLA Bruin based in the East San Francisco Bay Area. Danica believes the body is a powerful vehicle for self discovery and she seeks to help her students connect with their body's wisdom through mindful movement. Danica has completed over 1,000 hours of training with renowned teachers across the globe, but says "my students are by far my greatest teachers."
